VIOL

The inspiration for the design of the studio was mainly a vibrant string instrument

- specifically a violin, or cello, the studio’s design also had elements of the flow and

breeze of a brass wind instrument. From this inspiration, the studio’s details developed,

with curve-lines inspired by musical instruments and melodies melding to create form

and function -  3-dimensional curves create void and mass, connecting the interior

and exterior spaces.  And despite the fact that the space is actually narrow and small,

the flowing movement creates a vastness that expands the studio’s interior.
