This project aims to redefine the conventional typology of the "officetel," which typically provides small, repetitive rental housing units in downtown Seoul. Moving away from simply stacking identical spaces, the design introduces spatial variations within the individual units and integrates pocket community facilities through a series of vertical connections. This internal and structural reimagining directly drives the transformation of the exterior facade, creating a dynamic architectural identity that reflects the vibrant life within.
