오르비스의 공간은 네 개의 중정을 중심으로 구성된다. 각각의 중정은 서로 다른 깊이와 길이, 너비를 가지며, 내부 공간에 빛과 공기, 자연의 흐름을 끌어들인다. 이를 통해 사용자는 건축이 자연과 분리된 대상이 아니라, 자연 속에 스며든 하나의 풍경임을 경험하게 된다.

공간의 디자인 언어는 경계를 지우는 것에서 시작된다. 정제된 그리드 공간 사이를 곡선의 흐름이 유기적으로 가로지르며 공간을 연결하고, 연속적으로 배치된 조명은 전체 공간에 하나의 흐름과 리듬을 만든다. 그리고 그 시선의 끝에는 언제나 중정 속 자연이 자리하며, 건축과 자연의 관계를 끊임없이 환기시킨다.

The design language of the space begins with the idea of dissolving boundaries. Curved forms flow organically across the structured grid, connecting spaces with a sense of continuity and movement. Continuous lighting elements extend throughout the interior, creating a unified spatial rhythm, while views are constantly drawn toward the nature contained within the courtyards. In this way, the relationship between architecture and nature is continuously revealed and reinforced.
